The NFL is made up of 32 teams consisting of 1696 players. The experts say that there is not much difference between team skill sets. Most NFL players are strong, fast and smart. So with such parity why do some teams such as the Patriots, Steelers, Green Bay, 49'rs, Seahawks to name a few, continue to win year in year out? It's the culture. Hands down. It's the player who is totally committed to his profession. He is willing to go beyond the tangibles of speed, smarts and strength. He takes his skills, applies desire, will, dedication. determination, etc. He is willing to go above and beyond his competition by outworking him. He knows he has the skills so he goes one step further. He goes "all in". I believe that each year every NFL team has the same ability to win the super bowl. Who is willing to go outside the basic motions? Who is willing to put in the hard work when everyone else has left the field? To be the best you have to sacrifice more than the next guy. The team that does this wins. How committed are you to your sales profession? As for me, I was all in all the time.
